Friday, 10/26 at 8:30 PM It’s Ladies Night at PHIT! Local Holiday Miracle performs with ManiPedi! Local Holiday Miracle is a sketch comedy duo that is one part Andrea Kuhar, one part Aubrie Williams. The duo came together during a “Women in Comedy Bootcamp” hosted by 1812 Productions, and the rest is history. They were nominated for the 2011 WitOut Award for Best Sketch Group, perform regularly at the Philly Improv Theater (PHIT) and other venues around Philadelphia, and are an official selection of the 2012 Philadelphia Sketchfest. ManiPedi was pieced together in the summer of 2011. Madonna Marie Refugia, Shannon Brown, Briana Kelly, Kaitlin Thompson, and Aubrie Williams make up this Philadelphia based sketch comedy group. They were nominated for the 2011 WitOut Award for Best Sketch Group in Philadelphia and featured in the Ladies are Funny Festival 2012 in Austin, TX, as well as the 2012 Boston Comedy Arts Festival, where they were named one of the top festival picks by Dig Boston. ManiPedi brings on the laughs with their combination of irreverent wit and inherent un-femininity.
